Register now for the Community Podiatry Communities of Practice webinar on Self-referrals scheduled for Tuesday 12 September, 12:00pm-13.00pm.
This is an opportunity to share learning, develop new knowledge and resources, build relationships and work together to support the establishment and implementation of self-referral routes for Community Podiatry pathways.
Agenda The webinar will feature an update from the Deputy Chief Allied Health Professionals Officer, presentations from services that have implemented self-referrals on their journey, and a Q&A for colleagues to ask questions regarding self-referrals and Community Podiatry pathways.
Who should attend? Colleagues working in ICBs , Community Health Services , Primary Care Workforce (including PCN’s, clinicians, receptionists and care navigators) and Community providers and commissioners who are interested in setting up self-referral pathways for Community Podiatry, are actively considering setting up self-referral pathways for Community Podiatry or have set up a self-referral pathways for Community Podiatry already.
