Do you have difficulty with assertiveness? Do you have a history of being invalidated, criticised, bullied, or abused?
During this two week course we will aim to;
- Understand the fight between confidence and failure
- Discuss the four beliefs to boost confidence
- Discuss self worth and basic needs
- Explore the body language confidence booster
- Understand why we may struggle to be assertive
- Identify when we would like to be more assertive
- Look at situations or relationships in which we need to assert ourselves more
- Discuss ways to develop a more assertive nature
- Create scripts to improve confidence in certain situations
The course consists of two online sessions that will run on Friday 4th of March from 10:30am-12pm and Friday 11th of March from 10:30am-12pm. The sessions will be run via Microsoft Teams.
