The NW Talent Team at NHS England and Improvement are seeking to improve talent pipeline diversity through an improved understanding of career progression barriers and the development of an aligned talent support package. To achieve this we will be conducting a series of “safe space” listening sessions that will provide insight into the career progression barriers faced by our BAME, disabled and LGBT+ workforce.
We would welcome expressions of interest from individuals who are part of the BAME, disability and LGBT+ networks/community to be part of our “safe space” listening sessions which will be held on 1st/2nd 5th/6th July.
