The purpose of this workshop is to explore what working in a political environment involves and develop strategies and tools to lead effectively in a political context.
This session will cover:
- Working effectively in a political environment: skills, techniques and frameworks: traps to avoid, political animals, an inquiry into our relationship to politics.
- Learning from experience: lessons learnt, stories and insights.
- Application of Learning: building on common ground, where are the boundaries and tensions, and how do we navigate these as leaders.
