Lancashire and South Cumbia Primary Care Training Hub are pleased to announce that we have published our Care Navigation and Managing Difficult Telephone Conversations (with resilience) training. This is apart of our new project to support the training and development of the NonClinical Workforce within Primary Care.
 
Care Navigation and Managing Difficult Telephone Conversations (with resilience) are the most requested training from our Nonclinical training requests survey we have circulated over the past few months.
