to introduce the draft workforce development frameworks for SPLWs, HWBCs, CCs
to explore key elements of the frameworks, including competency frameworks, supervision, training and management
to look at what support may be needed for local areas to help employers develop their personalised care workforce
to share good practice around where the three personalised care roles are being developed and working well together
