Making Integrated Care ‘Work’

As ICSs become statutory bodies, two of their key ambitions – delivering operational excellence and improving patient outcomes across their population – will require new ways of working. With increasing collaboration between public health teams, clinicians, and community organisations alike, successful integrated care partnerships must implement data strategies that can make these outcomes a reality.

 

In this session, we’ll examine data and information governance strategies ICSs can adopt to deliver joined-up care, tackle issues of equality and access, and improve planning and performance.
