This apprenticeship will be suitable for those wanting to develop in to or within roles such as Care and Service Navigator/Care Co-ordinator and Social Prescribing Link Worker.
Level 3 Community Health and Wellbeing Worker Advanced Apprenticeship award
£7,000. For non-levy paying employers only 5% contribution required to be paid (£350) or potential for 100% levy transfer (£0).
- £1,000 if apprentice is aged 16 to 18 years old, OR aged 19 to 24 years old and has an education health and care (EHC) plan/been in the care of their local authority.
- Gov will fund 100% of the tuition fee if employer supports a young apprentice AND has fewer than 50 employees.

This programme has fixed module delivery (you are unable to choose the modules studied). A list of modules is available on the course webpage or course materials.
This programme does not require external placements to be completed, although varied experiences are beneficial.
Assessed throughout the programme by assignments, observations, evaluations and End Point Assessment.
