Quality Assurance

Lancashire & South Cumbria Primary Care Training Hub is committed to providing a robust, high quality service. As such we are constantly striving to improve and refine the systems we use in order to assure our services.

The Quality Assurance Steering Group has been formulated to oversee quality improvement processes. We meet on a quarterly basis to discuss ways we can monitor and fine tune the quality of our services, where we find quality needs some improvement we raise this to our training hub board and our commissioners.

We welcome feedback from all our service users and analysing the feedback we receive enables us to continuously improve our programmes.

Expressions of interests for apprenticeships are now encouraged to be made at any time. Due to varying stages of practices and/or candidates, we feel this will be a more helpful approach.

Anyone who is interested in an apprenticeship (for themselves, current member of staff or to recruit for an apprenticeship position) please complete our Expression of Interest form.

These sessions are suitable for any person who is responsible for apprenticeships, or who manages, supports, or works with apprentices.
