How to have a challenging conversation training for GPNs and anyone in a clinical role within Primary Care hosted on MS Teams.

This one hour lunch and learn session provides the tools to tackle those difficult situations effectively and removes the fear/reluctance.

This is an interactive session and you will be expected to interact. Please ensure you have a camera and microphone available to attend the meeting.
