Problem solving, root cause analysis and decision making training for GPNs and anyone in a clinical role within Primary Care hosted on MS Teams.

This one hour lunch and learn session explores problem solving and decision making tools as well as looking at root cause to establish an effective solution to a problem.

This is an interactive session and you will be expected to interact. Please ensure you have a camera and microphone available to attend the meeting.
