Teamworking principles and building a cohesive team for all GPNs and anyone with a clinical role in Primary Care hosted on MS Teams.

This 60 minute lunch and learn session explores the qualities of successful teams, identifies the traits of dysfunctional teams and develops strategies to build a highly functioning cohesive team
