UCLan Primary care education meetings – Reflective practice and emotional wellbeing
Join us for a “bite-sized” educational session in primary care, with a focus on reflective practice and emotional wellbeing
In this session we will present reflective and wellbeing practices that explores the merits of undertaking reflection; with emphasis on how it can protect our professional well-being, build resilience, and mitigate against burnout.
Both the theoretical and practical aspects of engaging with reflective practice in this way will be discussed. These sessions are suitable for any clinicians in the primary care team. We welcome you to forward this information to your colleagues within the practice.
